This is worth it 100 times over. You can paint an entire house worth of windows for just over $100. While it can take a few weekends to tackle the whole house, the project itself is pretty darn simple. a place you love to be.
We’ve really tried to make this as fool proof as possible. We also ask that you do not shy away from color. The white-washed room is very “in” right now, but that doesn’t mean that your accents can't add a pop of personality here and there. And if you love the color, don’t let the peer pressure shy you away from painting that whole wall blue. This is your space - make a place you love to be.
Painting trim is somewhere at the top of our list of the “tough stuff”...somewhere next to painting ceilings and refinishing steps. It also hits the #1 spot for visual impact. Michelle painted her entire first floor worth of trim with just over two cans of paint. All-in the whole floor was about $250. This is a HUGE bang for your buck.
Alright team, let’s breakdown our #1 recommended project this season: PAINTING YOUR TRIM. If you are working with outdated wood trim, painting your trim is the single most impactful no-demo renovation you can make to the interior of your home. If that before/after picture above doesn’t convince you then we don’t know what will!
